Supplier Spotlight - Brachetto Weddings

Who are you & what do you do?
Hello! I am a certified Wedding & Events planner based in Yorkshire. I am also the owner of M by Minihaha which is a bridal jewellery line offering stunning bridal headpieces.

What was the inspiration for starting your business?
My sister. In 2012 we embarked on a remarkable experience planning her fairytale wedding in Kent. I thoroughly enjoyed the wedding planning experience and it was only then that I knew I was fit to be part of this exciting industry.

What makes you stand out from the crowd?
As a planner you have to be very creative! There is so much competition in UK alone so I offer subsequent services such as a personal styling using our experienced in house stylist. This service is for brides, bridal party or guests who are unsure of what to wear on the wedding day.
Aside that, I will soon be launching a bridal jewellery line called M by Minihaha offering stunning headpieces for brides looking to enhance their bridal look as well as incorporate culture into their wedding. My pieces are all inspired by Asian & Egyptian brides and are really personal to me. When my sister was planning her wedding; she wanted the Kim Kardashian bridal headpiece. It was such an arduous task trying to find the right one. I think current bridal jewellery owners don't focus much on cultural headpieces; so then I found an opportunity to create something brides want.

What are you tipping as the next 'big' thing in weddings?
Erm! Quite often, companies as well as couples are inspired by celebrity weddings. Judging from the Kimye wedding; I think wall of flowers and photo booths are going to take a hit. Of course this is a reason for photographers and florists etc to really think outside the box and incorporate new ideas into their wedding services.

Best advice for brides and grooms to be planning their wedding?
The best advice I can offer to couples planning their wedding would be to:
1 - Compile a guest list, especially if we are working on a budget.
2 - Set a budget and ensure wedding funds are available.

Best of luck in all your wedding planning endeavours!!!
